We took Kawasaki’s all-new 2025 NAV 4e for a spin through sunny resort roads to find out what this electric Neighborhood Activity Vehicle was really made of. With real ground clearance, Bluetooth audio, and a surprisingly roomy layout, the NAV wasn’t just a dressed-up cart—it was a whole new class of electric runabout.
