S1E19: Envy → Contentment • 444Hz @ 18 Hz → 10 Hz

This week, we are focusing on transmuting feelings of envy into feelings of contentment. This session uses the 444 Hz system, anchoring the feeling of envy at 18 Hz and converting it into the feeling of contentment at 10 Hz.

444 Hz and its associated harmonic intervals tend to produce feelings of euphoria, uplift, and inspiration.

You can listen to the session in bed, on the couch, at your desk, or anywhere else you will remain stationary for awhile. DO NOT listen while driving or operating heavy machinery. The session uses both binaural and bilateral tones which require headphones or a stereo in a quiet, dark environment for the full effect. This session is entirely audio, and after the 1 minute intro and instructions, the screen will go completely dark until the very end.
