Macrame Knot: Shell Pattern | Knot Series

Welcome to another BochiKNOT pattern series tutorial! In this video, we will be going over a simple (that's if you know the Double Half Hitch knot well) and unique Shell pattern. 01:36 - Step #1 : Start with the middle 2 cords and use the middle-right cord as an anchor cord for a Double Half Hitch ("DHH") knot to the left. Then finish off the rest of the row to the left side.
02:31 - Step #2 : Take the middle-right cord as the anchor cord for a row of diagonal DHH knots to the right.
03:10 -Step #3 : Use the middle cords as anchor cords for a second row of DHH knots on both sides. Gradually increase the spacing between the DHH knot rows.
04:27 - Step #4 : Repeat for a third row of DHH knots on both sides underneath (with the same amount of spacing).
04:40 - Step #5 : Bring the anchor cords in the centre and make a diagonal DHH knot to the left.
05:10 - Step #6 : Start with the far back cords and weave the cords through to the middle on the opposite side for a DHH knot. Alternate sides and then repeat.
07:22 - Step #7 : Finish off the remainder of the Shell pattern.
07:30 - Step #8 : Repeat the pattern below.
07:43 - Outro
