Grandma’s Secret Okra Recipe (So GOOD!) 😲😋

RECIPE NO. 1 (OKRA IN OYSTER SAUCE)
540g Okra
300g pork belly
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 cup water
Chili flakes (siling labuyo) adjust to taste
1/2 tsp chicken powder (You can buy this on Amazon, just search "MAGIC SARAP All-In-One Seasoning)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fried garlic, optional

RECIPE NO. 2 (ONE POT CHICKEN & RICE)
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of Basmati rice
5 chicken drumsticks (you can add more)
Salt and pepper
Chicken powder seasoning, optional
1 medium onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp minced ginger
6 cups of unsalted chicken stock or water
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of garam masala seasoning, optional but recommended
1 tsp of chicken powder seasoning, optional
FOR THE SAUCE:
1-2 tbsp of soy sauce (I use dark soy sauce)
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp of sugar
Parsley, optional
