When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991 it was very common to find military hats adorn with random pins, badges, patches and other military/governmental items. In this video we will go through my process for pricing these hats and taking them apart for collecting and reselling.
I do not recommend you buy these types of hats without heavily researching the items attached first. As more often or not the prices are higher than the worth of the items in general.
