One hundred years from now when the life of John Williams is discussed l am convinced that he will be in the same category as Verdi, Bach, Beethoven, Mozart or Smetena. On July 22 the National Symphony Orchestra which is affiliated with The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts played Jurassic Park live. It was magical. To be on the grass, below the stars and watching a classic movie while enjoying the National Symphony Orchestra simultaneously was amazing. If you have never attended the National Symphony Orchestra please go. They are a treasure to those of us who live in the Washington, D.C. area.
