Ingredients:
Filling:
650g Ribeye Steak
Lots of pepper
½ Onion
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 ½ cups beef stock
¾ cup vegetable stock
2 tbs worcestershire sauce
2 tbs cornflour
½ to 1 tub tomato paste (tubs are 140g, add to taste)
Base:
2 cups plain flour
2/3 cup water
2 tbs melted butter
Puff Pastry
Egg Wash
