This is the first part of a bookbinding series. In this video, I demonstrate how I make my text block using kettle stitch binding.
Materials I use:
70 gsm book paper
Sewing cotton threads
Bone folder (the one I'm using is plastic, not real bone)
Sewing needle
Needle/thumbtack to make holes in paper
PVA glue
200 gsm blue paper/cardstock for the endpapers
