This project aimed to automate several aspects of the project management workflow using WinForms, Excel API, and Inventor API. The initial version was overly ambitious, with too many features that exceeded the key functional requirements. Eventually, it was deprecated in favor of a simpler iLogic form that better addressed the core needs of the team. This experience taught me the importance of focusing on mission-critical features to reduce long-term maintenance burdens.
