This is the Descent part of the the Chantry Flat scenic ride.
Going down from the parking lot is a fun quick descent with stunning view of LA.
Definitely a must-ride route!
For reference, I was riding my TIME Alpe D' Huez road bike on this ride, and I must say it does make a difference when you use a bike that is designed for climbing.
