In this video, I show the full process of updating a hard-modded Original Xbox with an Aladdin modchip to Cerbios 2026. This is an example from my full step-by-step guide for hard-modded Xboxes, which is currently a work in progress and over 100 pages long. The guide is designed to help Xbox owners finally update their consoles to 2026 standards without needing to be a repair technician.

• Most Aladdin modchips
• Any IDE or SATA hard disk
• 1.0 - 1.4 TSOP-flashed Xboxes
(pending the solder bridges are still intact)
