Installing USB Adaptor Hitchcock's Motorcycles | Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650

Anyone who has a Super Meteor 650 or Shotgun 650 knows the location of the usb port sucks. It is in the left hand sidepod next to the air filter housing. The toolkit is also in there. This leaves very little room to keep a phone in there and plug a usb cable in to charge. Also, as I found out the panel can look like it is closed and locked but can fly open while riding - glad my phone wasn't in there at the time!

You could run a usb cable from the sidepod up to the handlebars - which I have done before - but it can get in the way and is not a practical solution.

So I finally decided to buy the USB Adaptor from Hitchcock's Motorcycles which fixes to the back of the Tripper unit and provides two USB sockets in a practical location.

It is not a hard job to install and only needs two basic tools: a screwdriver and an Allen key. I recommend this to anyone who wants an easy and good looking solution for USB power.
