Basic functions of the Reaper Digital Audio Workstation Software are demonstrated in this video by NAISA Artistic Director Darren Copeland. Examples are shown in Mac OS environment but are applicable to Windows. Video is intended for to help first time users get started with editing sounds and speech.

Video demonstrates:
inserting audio
boosting loudness/amplitude
keyboard actions for play and stop
trimming beginnings and endings
deleting and re-arranging audio items (non-destructive)
fading items
zooming in and out
resizing tracks
