Auotmatic Sealing & Die Cutting machine suitable to seal and cut any shape of boxes made out of PP Hollow Profile Sheet (Cartonplast). Ideal to manufacture boxes that are Reusable several times and then fully Recyclable to make new boxes ( Circular Economy ). Such technology helps as well to save raw material as the air trapped in the flutes by the sealing process provide extra strenghts to the sheet itself thus allowing to reduce the desnity of the original sheets. The machine is automatically feeding the sheets into the sealing, die cutting, cleaning, stacking stations. The whole process is automated and controlled by PLC.
