Insane shots from drone of an entire town under water. Water up the roof of homes. Entire neighborhoods drowned in deep water. All shot from drone or boat. This is in Chinquapin, NC where the Northeast Cape Fear River is set to obliviate the previous record crest. Water still going to rise another 6-8'. People in the tow n are cut off from road access and many water rescues and water evacuations are still being done.
