Jesus came the 1st time to WIN His Bride, demonstrating His love for her. When we respond to His word of love we are BETROTHED to Him. Then at the Rapture He will come as the Bridegroom to fetch His Bride, for the MARRIAGE and Consummation, when she will be presented to Him in glory. Now is the time when the Bride must PREPARE herself for that great day.
