Welcome back to the series of finding Dream Home in Danang and in this Episode 4, after 1 month living in Danang, we've had ideas of how much it costed 1 month living in Danang with comfort, set-up cost, what we love about Danang, and what you should consider before moving here and start a new life.

Here are the cost breakdown when we rent 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1 pool, no Gym apartment in Danang
What we spent when we move in:
💸 3 months rent & 1 month deposit: 770$ * 4
💸 Internet: 78$ for set up fee (12$) & 6 months contract with the internet speed of speed 1Gbps provided by Vinaphone (super happy!)
💸 Gym: 280$ for 2 people & 6 months
💸 Household items: 15$ at 15k store and 100$ at Lotte Mart
💸 Rice cooker: 16$ on Shoppe
💸 Toaster: 9$ on Shoppe
What we spend on monthly basis for 2 people:
💸 Management fee: 27$
💸 Water: 4$
💸 Electricity: 23$
💸 Grocery and Grab-food: 250$
💸 Miscellaneous (subscription, eat-out, treats, etc): 100$

We spent $3,660 for two people to comfortably settle into life in Da Nang, with a healthy routine and a cozy 2-bedroom apartment.
Some of these costs were one-time expenses (like deposits and setup), while others will cover us throughout our long-term stay. Our estimate spending monthly in Danang is 1200$, which is one-third of what we spent in Kuala Lumpur (3200$) for the same living standard. Although rental price in Danang surges more than 20% this year, but still affordable in comparison with other places that we've been to.

👉 Overall, it’s a solid investment to start fresh in a new city without stress and have a good healthy lifestyle!
