So, what sets our Pliers, Tether or Tool Lanyard apart from the rest of the big pack? We have opted for Quicklinks rather than the normal carabiner as these have less areas for sand, grit and dirt to affect the functionality of the carabiner. The blue TPU coil is Ø4mm and makes every effort to return to its original shape unlike some of the 1mm to 2mm diameter coils. It is mainly made from Stainless Steel with M3.5 Stainless Steel Quicklinks. The Tether has a Stainless Steel cable coated in blue Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer to form a Ø4mm Coil Tether. It's perfectly suited for all our Toit 6" Pliers and our Toit Leather Sheath.

Fishing has been an integral part of my life since the age of six. From the early days of riding my BMX bike with all my kit down to our local fishing spot, to nowadays where I find myself daydreaming far too much about the next fishing trip with friends. I want to pass on to any child, teenager, or adult something that I have designed, learned, improved on or seen someone else do. This is the side I love about fishing – the learning, questioning the boundaries, maybe improving then teaching or passing on. At my core I am a fisherman, love the bite especially when it’s on, but right next to that is this desire to meet, talk and see what other fisherman are doing that is different to what I know.
