Celebrating HOLI as a Foreigner in India - Udaipur Went Crazy... 🎉 🇮🇳

Today we celebrate Holi or play Holi as the locals say. This was one of the most wonderful social experiences I've had in years, it was simply unforgettable how so many people were animated by the spirit of Holi and were dancing, having fun, and partying, but mostly playing in the streets of Udaipur. I met some incredible friends, and some beautiful people showed us around and were keen on being part of my 2023 Holi vlog in Udaipur, Rajasthan, 2023. It is a wonderful festival to celebrate.

Holi celebrates the arrival of Spring in India, the end of winter, and the blossoming of love, and for many, it is a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. The festival is also an invocation for a good spring harvest season. It lasts for a night and a day, starting on the evening of the Purnima (Full Moon Day) falling in the Hindu calendar month of Phalguna.
