When do I stream?
Every day for about 8–12 hours, depending on my schedule. Mondays and Tuesdays are usually shorter since I have longer classes.

Who am I?
My name is Ahmad—nice to meet you! I’m 23 years old.

Where am I from?
I was born and raised in Pakistan and moved to the U.S. during high school after 10th grade.

What am I studying?
I’m in my first year of medical school, currently on the Foundations block.

What time is it there?
I am in Eastern time zone. The local time is always displayed in the top-right corner of the stream.

My Study Method right now:
I use RemNote to organize my notes and turn them into flashcards for spaced repetition. It helps me actively recall key concepts instead of just rereading, while also letting me see the bigger picture behind each topic — something I’ve found harder to do with other flashcard tools like Anki or Quizlet.
