Super easy and fast homemade granola! Crispy, aromatic and much healthier than store-bought cereal.
Made with almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, oats and dried figs — a perfect nutritious breakfast or snack.
This healthy granola recipe is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats, giving long-lasting energy and supporting digestion, heart health and weight balance.
You can enjoy it with warm or cold milk, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese or simply as a dry snack on the go.

⭐ INGREDIENTS (English)
• Almonds
• Walnuts
• Coconut flakes
• Rolled oats (quick-cooking or regular)
• Dried figs
• Cane sugar (or any sweetener you prefer)
For this recipe, we need a few types of nuts.
We chose almonds and walnuts because of their rich nutritional benefits.
You will also need coconut flakes — the richer and fattier they are, the sweeter and more flavorful your granola will be.
Use quick-cooking oats for a fast breakfast. Regular rolled oats also work, but they take longer to cook.
Toast the nuts in a preheated non-stick pan without oil.
Roasting releases their aroma and enhances the flavor, filling your kitchen with a gourmet nut smell.
It also gives the nuts a perfect crunchy texture.
When the nuts are done, transfer them to a bowl.
In the same preheated non-stick pan, toast the oats until golden.
Add coconut flakes and cane sugar.
Adjust the amount of sugar and other ingredients to your taste — the proportions depend on your personal preference, but it’s best to have more oats than the rest.
Once the oats turn golden, remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
Mix with the roasted nuts.
Finely chop the dried figs (or any other dried fruit) and add them in.
Mix everything thoroughly.
You can customize this recipe any way you like:
add chocolate chips, freeze-dried berries, seeds, or any nuts you enjoy.
Let the granola cool completely, then transfer it into convenient jars or containers.
Your super quick and healthy breakfast is ready!
