When summer reaches the Italian Dolomites, the mountains turn into a living postcard. Rolling green meadows burst into color with wildflowers – from bright yellow buttercups to delicate blue gentians and alpine roses. Every valley and mountain pass becomes a perfect spot for a walk among blooms, with jagged peaks towering above. It’s a short but magical season, usually from late June to mid-July, when nature puts on its brightest show across the high-altitude pastures and gentle slopes.
