Hi, I am Muchamad Nur Arifin, the Regent of Trenggalek. Trenggalek is located in the southern part of East Java. The forest is our home, and the Indian Ocean is our front yard.
I love this city for its nature, its people, and its culture. We have a tangible cultural tradition called Gotong Royong.
Since the pandemic, we have been struggling to strengthen our economy. At this traditional market, we initially tried to build a standalone market with a beautiful building, but it turned out not to be the solution.
