Hayley has severe bilateral pulmonary edema, she cann't be dripped in this state, and fluid may accumulate in her lungs.
She is now in a shelter, in a warm room, she refused food and drank
With diagnosis, she has a diaphragmatic hernia and a prolapse of the spleen. She developed such heavy breathing and such pulmonary edema.

It is becoming an everyday occurrence in some of the most isolated areas of Volgograd, Russia. Each day brings new dogs that have been dumped and abandoned. Each day they get thinner and thinner – most die from starvation, exhaustion and dehydration. A few survive – no one really knows why. Perhaps they have a message to share and a lesson to teach?
