I recently visited Portillo’s in Orlando for the first time, and it was a fun, delicious experience. The place has a retro Chicago-style vibe with colorful decor and a lively atmosphere. I ordered the famous Italian beef sandwich dipped in au jus—it was juicy, flavorful, and lived up to the hype. The Chicago-style hot dog was fully loaded and tasted authentic. I also tried the crinkle-cut fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. The highlight at the end was the chocolate cake—super rich and moist. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with great portions, fast service, and plenty of flavor. A must-visit spot for anyone craving classic Chicago comfort food in Florida.
