Walking LITTLE INDIA Brickfields in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia - Is it Safe? [4K HDR]

I did some exploring around Little India in Brickfields Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. What I noticed the most is that not too many people come here, meaning...... I didn't see very many tourists, why is that? For me, I love to explore different places and cultures, and I was so excited to visit Little India in Brickfields Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I tired the Pani Puri for the first time, and I didn't get sick =). Not sure, but if any of you know, is there a clash between people who have dark skin versus the people who have fair skin in Malaysia? I know that there is a bit of this issue in the Philippines (from what I saw). Things like that annoy me, and just wondering if there is a little bit of that going on here in Malaysia, especially with the diversity of the people here. At any rate, Little India Brickfields was worth a visit for me, and I look forward to my trip to the real India. Enjoy!
