We started with a desi murgh breakfast in Islamabad, then enjoyed the legendary Ranjha Gosht, one of the most famous slow-cooked meat dishes. On the way to Abbottabad and Shinkiari, we tried the famous chapli kabab and the locally loved fried fish by the river in Siran Valley, a beautiful and underrated destination surrounded by mountains and natural beauty.
This journey was not just about food, but also about exploring the roads from Karachi to Islamabad to the North, meeting people, and discovering how food connects us everywhere in Pakistan.
