I bid this job in the winter and I thought all it needed was a little bit of stone on the inside. Turns out the entire barn had to be dug out because they did not put the gravel pad in before building the building. Before building this type of structure a gravel pad needs to be put down and compacted in lifts. If not you will need to get inside and get all the sod out and put gravel and stone down later and this makes it much harder.
