The cheaper kits on eBay and Amazon are often sold by third party resellers and entirely manufactured overseas. In many cases, our installation instructions and product descriptions have been plagiarized directly from our website. You will also find that the cheaper kits have limited to no customer service and no published phone numbers. Furthermore, the cheaper kits often use inferior quality components, such as sleeve bearing motors and outboard bearings. These bearings tend to fail prematurely and are often times much louder than their ball bearing counterparts.
