Let's take a walk!
Today we are in Acropolis. It is a very clean space and has a very easily walkable layout of 4 floors/levels. It's relatively brightly lit and is an attractive space. For the longest time Acropolis has been a bit of an enigma to me. I'm disappointed to say that even after visiting here I'm not sure exactly what it is they are trying to do. The best way I can describe it, sincerely and without judgement is "another mall" in DR. It doesn't host the highest name brands like Blue Mall, is not outdated and home to many affordable or bargain brands like Plaza Central or Mega Centro. It doesn't sprawl like Galeria 360 and isn't as cosmopolitan as Agora. I seem to have arrived on a day of especially low traffic because there were very few people here on Saturday around noon, which is unusual.
You could probably list it as a more laid back, or peaceful mall. A place where if you need to get something done and want to avoid the hustle and bustle and crowds - to get in and get out - that it serves well for as there are many flagship stores such as Claro, Altice, beauty supply stores, a decent (but small) food court upstairs, and some other spaces.
I'll have to return here another day to see if I missed anything. Respectfully probably the most underwhelming mall I've been to so far.
