Stubborn Scottish dictatorial chef and owner Andy has cooked for celebrated chefs in the past, but since opening Le Bistro has lost his passion for cooking and doesn't listen to anyone. With customers grading his food 3/10, and Andy not responding well to criticism, can Gordon get him to listen?
