This has been a topic ive been passionate about for a long time.
Sometimes its through the help of others, we are able to get through tough times..... my aim is to help give people some practical steps so we can more fully support a person who is experiencing depression. And give hope to those dealing with it. ( its something Ive been passionate about for a long period of time now.. I thought to share my way or creating awareness).
