How to Focus While Praying | Tips for Spending Time with God

Hi girls! Do you ever get distracted while you're praying? Because I do all the time - it's like having Prayer ADHD! Here are five tips/hacks that help me focus while praying, and I hope they can help you too! And please, please share YOUR tips as well, for focusing while praying. I'd love to read and try them!!
