Try out this popular streetfood of Hyderabad, spot Idli which is a wonderful snacks/ breakfast recipe, with burst of flavour and spices. In this recipe we will see how to prepare delicious spot idlis along with Karampodi which is the ultimate podi that gives the perfect blast.

Ingredients :

For Karampodi -

4 tbsp chana dal
3 tbsp urad dal
3 tbsp coriander seeds
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp ghee
Lemon sized tamarind
Curry leaves
Salt as per requirement
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder

For Spot Idli -

Idli Batter (    • Super Soft Idli Recipe || Rava Idli Recipe...   )
Some chopped capsicum
4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
Chopped coriander leaves
2 to 3 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp fresh karampodi powder
Sprinkle some karampodi
