No bake pistachio raspberries cheesecake

Ingredients:

1. Crust:
200 g graham crackers
100 g melted butter
50 g pistachio

2. Marmalade layer
250 g raspberry marmalade
30- 50 g fresh raspberries

3. Cream layer
500-550 g Philadelphia cream cheese
250 g fresh spread cheese (quark)
200 g sour cream
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp vanilla sugar
5 g agar agar
40 ml heavy cream
1 Tbsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice

4. Topping
50 g white chocolate, melted
1 tsp strawberries or raspberries dust
A handful fresh raspberries

250 g Himbeermarmelade
30- 50 g frische Himbeeren

3. Cremeschicht
500-550 g Philadelphia-Frischkäse
250 g frischer Streichkäse (Quark)
200 g saure Sahne
100 g Zucker
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
2 EL Vanillezucker
5 g Agar-Agar
40 ml Schlagsahne
1 EL Zitronenschale
2 EL Zitronensaft

4. Belag
50 g weiße Schokolade, geschmolzen
1 TL Erdbeer- oder Himbeerstaub
Eine Handvoll frische Himbeere

200 g biscuiti
100 g unt topit
50 de grame de fistic

Al 2-lea strat de gem
250 g dulceata de zmeura
30-50 g zmeura proaspata

3. Strat de cremă
500-550 g cremă de brânză Philadelphia
250 g crema de branza proaspata (quark)
200 de grame de smantana
100 de grame de zahăr
1 lingurița extract de vanilie
2 linguri zahăr vanilat
5 g agar agar
40 ml smsntana lichida
1 lingura coaja de lamaie
2 linguri suc de lamaie

4. Topping
50 g ciocolata alba, topita
1 lingurita pudra de capsuni sau zmeura
O mână de Zmeură proaspătă
