This is a demonstration of al three special Skells that were originally DLC for Japan but are included on disc already with the European and US versions.You can grab their blueprints by completing the final affinity mission for each of the also Japanese DLC characters: Bozé for Dozer (Level 30 Frame), Alexa for Excavator (Level 60 Frame!) and H.B. for the extremely cool looking Police (Level 30 Frame). They are all a neat little extra, but the Excavator is actually scary good! A Level 60 Frame that is more powerful than my own Ragnarök which is a Amdusias Hades. Building four of them to use inyour entire squad is actually rather easier than building Amdusias, so you might want to take that into consideration. Enjoy!
