¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
2 tablespoon Sugar 2汤匙 糖

Satay sauce 沙爹酱 :
150g Peanut 150克 花生
60g Gula Melaka 60克 椰糖
1 teaspoon Assam seedless tamarind 1茶匙 亚参膏汁
200ml Water 200毫升 水
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐

Blended 搅碎 :
1 Lemongrass 1支 香茅
2 Garlic 2粒 蒜头
5 Shallots 5粒 小葱头
5g Ginger 5克 姜
4g Turmeric 4克 黄姜
5g Galangal 5克 蓝姜
4 Dried chill 4条 辣椒干
2 tablespoon Oil 2汤匙 油
