Hey Everyone,
In this video you can see how does an Ultrasonic Sensor or Intrusion sensor works in new Toyota Fortuner and Innova Crysta and how to turn it off.
As you can see in the video the wifi like icon on the roof is nothing but a switch to turn off ultrasonic sensor.
A ultrasonic sensor or intrusion sensor raises an alarm whenever a person enters the Innova Crysta or Fortuner without original key and forcefully by breaking window or through duplicate keys.
There are sensors which emits ultrasonic waves after 30 seconds of locking the vehicle.
So if any moment is detected by the sensor it raises an alarm.
In the video I have kept one window open just to show how will the alarm gets activated whenever there is a intrusion or entry in the vehicle without unlocking through original key.
If you are willing to switch off the sensor you can do so by pressing the wifi like looking button on the roof, you will notice that immobliser sensor will blink very fast instead of blinking slowly as in normal case.
Vehicle applicability:
1. Innova Crysta ZX and VX variant 2019 and above.
2. Fortuner all models 2019 and above.
