This course will take a deep dive into the Kennedy/Applegate system for classifying partial denture cases, the fundamental components of partial dentures, design strategies for various oral situations and the materials that are available for partial dentures today.

Learning Objectives:
■ Apply the Kennedy/Applegate classification system for partially dentate patients
■ Set goals for partial dentures and strategies to achieve them using various Kennedy classifications
■ Understand and use each component of a partial denture
■ Obtain an understanding of removable partial design
■ Evaluate indications and contra-indications of current partial materials
