इस समय देश में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मनमानी पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। उप राष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड की टिप्पणी के बाद एक वर्ग उन पर हमला कर रहा है। यह ऐसा वर्ग है जिसको लगता है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सरकार के विरोधी की भूमिका निभानी चाहिए । पकने मुताबिक़ सुप्रीम कोर्ट सरकार और संसद के हर प्रस्ताव का विरोध करना चाहिए । यदि ऐसा नहीं होता है तो इसका मतलब है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट अपने दायित्व का ठीक से निर्वाह नहीं कर रहा है। वे चाहते हैं कि मोदी सरकार को हटाने का जो काम वे नहीं कर पा रहे वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट कर दे।
