Ever wondered what America's largest Polish buffet looks like? Well, wonder no more! I took a trip to the Red Apple Buffet in Chicago, and it was an experience to remember. From savoury stews and dumplings to a dessert bar that's out of this world, this video has it all.

And it gets even better we get to eat together as my friends Othella, John, and I dive into an incredible spread of authentic Polish food.

What we ate:

Appetizers: We started with a traditional tripe stew, fresh bread, and savoury pork scratching.

Main Course: The buffet was loaded with delicious dishes like ham hocks, pork stew with dumplings, fried chicken, kielbasa, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, and cabbage rolls. I even tried the tender and flavourful Angus beef roll!

Salad Bar: A surprisingly fresh and varied salad bar with salmon, various cold salads, and even shrimp.

Dessert: We finished off with a sweet selection of carrot cake, meringue, poppy seed cake, cheesecake, jello, and fresh fruits. The poppy seed cake and cheesecake were my favourites!
