hello dear friends! In this two-step video, we first prepare fresh grape leaves and preserve them in jars using a traditional method.
We pick the leaves from our garden, wash them, arrange them neatly, and store them in jars to keep them fresh for the coming months.
In the second step, we use these same fresh leaves to cook a delicious beef dolma;
from preparing the filling to rolling the leaves and slowly cooking the dolma outdoors.
