最近咳嗽，中国朋友叫我做冰糖雪梨，然后我想起了这个类似的雪梨派。这个梨派非常的清甜滋润，很适合天气干燥的冬天吃，你们也可以用冰糖来代替我视频里用的白砂糖。这个派皮里没有放糖，所以这个法式甜品不甜，基本都是梨本身的甜味和柠檬的酸味，很适合大人小孩的口味。希望也有清热去火，止咳化痰的作用呢？！推荐你们试试！
