Cincinnati agrees to $1.45M settlement in fatal police shooting of man in 2015

Cincinnati has agreed to pay $1.45 million to settle a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Quandavier Hicks.

He was shot and killed by police in 2015. The lawsuit, filed in 2016, accused officers of creating a dangerous situation and using excessive force: https://tinyurl.com/9acb4skr
