Crash Team Rumble isn't great, and that's okay

I just got done playing the closed beta for Crash Team Rumble and my entire perspective on this game has shifted.

My initial thoughts on the game when they teased it wasn't that great. To be fair, I've known about this game behind closed doors for a long while now. So I've had a long time to form my opinion on the existence of a Crash Bandicoot Online PvP Game. It seemed so unnecessary. But after playing it, I see what they're doing. And I do appreciate it! It's definitely something new for the IP and they are just keeping up with the times. It's really interesting to see that they took the collect-a-thon nature of Crash Bandicoot and somehow molded a competitive online multiplayer game with it.
