Kid Buu is a character that relies more on quick hits and offensive pressure and in the last patch after nerfing perception and multiple charge ki blasts to the ground character like this are thriving right now. In my opinion incentivizing rushdown is fun but not at the expense of other styles of play.
A lot of characters rely on multiple charge kiblasts for their kits and in some ways these characters have been hit extra hard by this patch.
Not to mention that characters now feel like they hitting with pillow hands.
