Today, I’m sharing a simple yet incredibly delicious dish – Snow Mushroom Stir-Fried with Eggs.
The mushrooms are tender, the eggs are soft and fragrant, and the flavor is perfectly balanced.
I also enjoyed it with Korean mixed noodles, and the combination tastes amazing!

• 200g snow mushrooms (white beech mushrooms)
• 3 eggs
• Green onions
• Garlic
• Vegetable oil
• Soy sauce

• Black pepper
