I grew up eating this. My mama used to make very good cheese pimiento sandwiches. This sandwich spread recipe is so easy to make. Even your older kids can do this, with adult supervision of course. You just need to chop the ingredients for them, as the knife is very dangerous. Once the ingredients are all ready, the only thing left to do is to measure or get the correct ratio and combine. That's it! So simple, so easy, and so yummy!
