Do you have trouble falling asleep? Are you able to fall asleep but you continually wake up, and unable to fall back asleep? Both of these sleep issues were major problems in my life.

After years of researching better sleep habits, I came across the work of neuroscientist Dr. Matthew Walker, who was endorsed by neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman.

There are many great tips to follow, but in this video, I include the 6 main strategies that I employed to go from approximately 2 hours a night to closer to 7 hours a night.
