This JUMP Virtual Roundtable brings together global education leaders to examine how schools can place human flourishing at the center of learning. Drawing on insights from the OECD publication Education for Human Flourishing: A Conceptual Framework (2025), the discussion explores how meaning, agency, well being, and ethical responsibility can guide the future of school design.

Our panel shares both strategic and practical perspectives on how to create learning environments where challenge becomes productive struggle, agency emerges through authentic ownership, and connection strengthens belonging and community. Together, these elements build resilient, purpose driven, and future ready learners.
